Hey Y’all.

First and foremost, I am a believer. It is my prayer that you see Jesus in my stories and that He becomes as real for you as He is for me. I give Him all the credit for my life and the blessings He has bestowed upon me.

Born a country girl, now living the salt life. In 2010, I left my home in Lancaster, Pennsylvania to pursue an education degree at Liberty University. After graduating in 2014, I took a huge leap of faith and moved to Fort Myers, Florida to become a second grade teacher.

For months, I struggled and wrestled with God. I was lonely, confused, lost. I questioned whether I was following the Lords plans or if I had followed my own desires. Then He brought Logan. My sweet pursuer, helpful hand, greatest encourage, best friend. We got married in November 2015 and a short month later, we were pregnant.

On August 21, 2016, my whole world changed when we welcomed Madison Grace into our family. Nine months after she was born, I quit my teaching job and became a stay at home mom. My life had meaning, a purpose. My worldview changed when I began to see life through the eyes of my sweet daughter. She has the biggest personality and does not know a stranger. She blows kisses at baristas. She dances with the elderly. She hugs waiters at restaurants. She dances for gymnasiums full of people. She has no fear. I aspire to have her love for people and life.

I have many hobbies that vary from outdoor activities to quiet spaces. I’m always up for a spontaneous outing or weekend getaway. I have a desire to see the world and I love exploring God’s creation. I also love a quiet night in, watching a hallmark movie marathon with my sweet family. I’m a sucker for a good book and I will gladly accept your recommendations. Karen Kingsbury and Jen Hatmaker are among my favorite authors. It’s safe to say I’m a bit of a fan girl when it comes to the two of them.

Thank you, for stopping by. I look forward to sharing life in this space with all of you.
